#TranslationTuesdays Competition rules

Overview:
Kaitoma’s #TranslationTuesdays campaign is the brainchild of the agency’s head of social media, Busisiwe Skhosana. It was initially implemented to increase the agency’s social media following and increase brand awareness; not only has the campaign done that, but it has also united South Africa’s Twitter community in a remarkable way.

How it works:

Every Wednesday, the Kaitoma team drops a new word. The Twitter community is then given an opportunity to submit definitions that best encapsulate the meaning of the word. The team selects the most amusing and unique definition, and we publish it the following Tuesday (hence the hashtag #TranslationTuesdays). The winner gets 3GB of data, and they are tagged when the definition is posted on our Twitter timeline.

Terms and conditions:

The following information outlines the terms and conditions of entry into the #TranslationTuesdays competition. This competition is run by Kaitoma Creatives. The terms and conditions of the competition are hosted on the Kaitoma Creatives website and are subject to South African law. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
